Kim is unbelievable. I have had the opportunity to sell and purchase several homes and no one has been better at her job than Kim. She goes above and beyond, beating all expectations. She doesn't just list a house, she covers all aspects of prepping and maintaining the readiness for all showings. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism and ability even in a slow market. If buying or selling again in the Pullman area, I wouldn't consider using anyone but Kim.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Kim Kirsch! We first met via email and then on FaceTime while looking at a property as we were moving from out of state. All of us from P&S Farms (Richard, Mark, and Mike Jutte), want to thank you for the professionalism and hard work that you put into completing the sale of our farm home and property on Rimrock Road. We all believe that the sale may not have happened without you as our realtor. Selling a 100 plus year old property has its challenges. This includes but not limited to getting us all on the same page which I’m sure is challenging. You were able to manage it well and in a timely fashion. The extra effort you put forth did not go unnoticed per the below: Putting out flowerpots on the front porch at your expense really added a nice touch. Your advice and keeping us informed on who to use for the new septic system, furnace repair, pest control and in some cases making the calls for us and scheduling the appointments were greatly appreciated. Cleaning the stove (that looked like it had not been cleaned in years) cabinets and mopping the floors when we got down to the closing date was much more than can be reasonably expected, yet you did it cheerfully and without us asking. Lastly, it’s certainly not easy to sell an older house that has been rented for years, especially dealing with 3 brothers that live in different locations. However, you managed to do it and do it well which is much appreciated. Thank you again Kim!
